The game is stuck on a white screen
This usually means the game can’t connect to the server.
- Check Discord to confirm the server is up.
- If it’s up, your firewall or antivirus may be blocking the game — add an exception for it.
The game crashes on startup
- Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
- If it persists, delete the game and download it again through the launcher.
Black screen after the loading screen
Usually a graphics-driver issue — update your drivers. On a laptop with two GPUs, make sure the game uses the dedicated card, not the integrated one.
The game is laggy
- Lower the graphics settings in the options menu.
- On a laptop, plug in and disable battery-saver mode.
- Close other programs using a lot of CPU/GPU.
I can’t hear any sound
Check that audio isn’t muted in the game options and in your system. Using headphones? Confirm they’re properly connected.
